Chichester Marina provides a rural retreat into peace and tranquillity. Nestling in a vast natural harbour, with 1071 berths, the marina is locked in and out but has freeflow for up to four and a half hours dependent on tides.

The marina, which has a natural charm, welcomes visiting yachtsmen from all over the world.
Chichester Marina works in close partnership with CMBHA. This relationship ensures that Premier can continually meet and exceed the needs of its berth holders. Facilities

The marina offers restaurant and bar facilities and has its own general store. Yachting needs are served by Peters - The One Stop Boat Shop. Slipping facilities and maintenance services are available, and outside contractors may be brought in. A recent refurbishment programme has included a new marina control building bringing a major boost to customer service with all personnel under one roof, and improved security with the central Harbourguard monitoring system. Other facilities include Toilets, Showers and a laundry, winter boat storage, a travel hoist a yacht club.

Location

Chichester Marina is situated in the north east corner of Chichester Harbour. The access channel is marked by six starboard hand beacons painted green, each with a green cone topmark (numbered one to six). The Chichester Marina Channel is not accessible at all states of the tide, please refer to tide tables.Two tide gauges (one in the lock and one on pile number six) indicate the depth of water in the channel, and a red flashing light, situated on the roof of the lock control, indicates when the depth has dropped to less than one metre. All mariners should ensure that they have enough depth for their draft for both the marina channel itself and the Chichester Harbour bar. If you are in any doubt or need assistance then contact the lock control on VHF Channel 80 or 37.
