Port Pendennis offers a superior and friendly marina in a sheltered corner of Falmouth Harbour and adjoining the centre of town.

Historically Falmouth was the first port of call for sailing ships arriving from the Atlantic or Biscay passages and favoured for its easy entry in extreme weather conditions.

The marina offers all the facilities you would expect, such as power & water, free car parking, car rental, security, showers, toilets, launderette, tennis court and telephone. There is also e-mail and fax services in the yachtsmans lounge.

Also, for stocking up, there are a selection of chandlers, sailmakers, engineers and one of the most prestigious UK yacht builders; Pendennis Shipyard.

Within walking distance of the marina there is a great selection of pubs and restaurants, beaches, a leisure centre, public gardens, Falmouth Art Gallery and Pendennis Castle.

Port Pendennis is located in Falmouth, Cornwall, on the south coast of England.

The marina can be easily reached by both road and rail, with good road connections to all neighbouring towns and the motorway. The railway station is also within walking distance of the marina.

The marina can be contacted on VHF channels 37 & 80.

Other Details

The marina is split into 2 sections, the outer marina, which can be accessed 24 hours a day and holds a large proportion of the marinas berths, and the inner marina which is accessed over a tidal (hinged) sill, 3 hours each side of high water, this offers shelter and an outstanding atmosphere.
