Puerto Calero Marina comprises an elegant and luxurious destination based in a naturally protected enclave on the southern coast of the magical island Lanzarote, Canary Islands.

Puerto Calero Marina has earned a name as an exclusive and dynamic resort due to the many high profile races that take part in the marina every year which feature large audiences and a great number of participants. Groupama Team and Puma Ocean Racing Team made the same decision and selected Puerto Calero Marina as a place to prepare and train for the Volvo Ocean Race in 2011-2012.

From the very beginning the marina’s infrastructure exceeded expectations. A small shopping area and wide range of restaurants and cafés attract visitors to the marina and 450 berths can accommodate superyachts of up to 60m LOA and 5m draft. The complete range of services offered in the marina aims to meet the daily and nautical needs and requirements of visiting yachtsmen and women. All berths are supplied with water and electricity, and there is a free wi-fi internet access, cash points, a supermarket, car rental, taxis, a fuel dock and laundrette. The boatyard includes a 90t hoist and offers a full range of services, such as scrubbing and antifouling, guardianage, polishing, painting, maintenance, rigging, sail-repair, engine services and osmosis treatment. There are also plenty of leisure, cultural and sporting activities available in the marina.

The quietness, cleanliness and security of the marina number some of the principal motives for choosing to enjoy a holiday or buy a second home in the tastefully designed estate surrounding Puerto Calero. Spectacular views of the Atlantic, a year-long vernal climate and the comfort of the luxury villas provide further justification.
