We believe that we can offer a unique location to sail and race from, all within an hour of the North Wests major conurbations.

The marina has 340 permanent pontoon berths, with quick and easy access on to the River Mersey through a computer controlled lock system.

Liverpool is a lively, cosmopolitan city with an un-surpassed range of attractions along the water front, in the city centre and in the suburbs. Birth place of the Beatles, home to 2 major football clubs and the Grand National, eight National Museums and Galleries and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Liverpool is famous throughout the world.

Facilities

The majority of our 340 berths are served with water and electricity, with fire and first aid points located at the junctions of each pier and walkway.

Marine diesel is available at the fuelling berth between 08.30 and 17.30 or during locking periods. A waste oil container is also situated by the fuel container for old lube oil. Petrol can be obtained from the garage outside the marina gate.

Gas is also available on site and there are refuse skips located at the top of the marina access ramps.

For the servicing of boats we have a 60 ton boat hoist available during the week by prior arrangement and a 15 ton boat parking trailor.

Liverpool is situated in the North West of England and can be reached via the M6 and the M62 or M54, and is within an hours drive of Manchester, Blackpool and North Wales.

By train Liverpool can be easily reached via the main western railway line directly from London.

Access by sea is via the River Mersey through a lock system at position 53deg23' N 02deg59' W.

Other Details

Access to the marina is via a computer controlled lock system to the south end of Brunswick Lock. The lock is available 2 to 2 and a half hours either side of high water with a level of 2 metres or more water over the sill. Operating times are from 06.00 to 22.00 during the summer season dependant on high water times.
