Situated on the Caledonian Canal in Inverness, this marina offers a perfect place to moor up your boat and take in the sites.

Capital of the Highlands, Inverness is an excellent shopping centre and also boasts the beautiful Eden Court Theatre, a swimming pool and an ice rink. Three and a half miles from Inverness is the site of the Battle of Culloden (1746) where there is also a small exhibition and slide show.

Dominating the canal on the outskirts of the town is the beautiful wooded hill cemetery of Tomnahurich (Hill of the Yew Trees) reputed to be the most beautiful cemetery in the world. Referring to this hill, the Brahan Seer, Highland prophet, said that the one day ships would sail at its feet in an east - west direction, and one hundred and fifty years later the canal was built.

Within our Inverness premises we have the facilities to offer a comprehensive service in all aspects of repair, maintenance and fitting out. These services include engine repairs and fitting, rigging, electrics etc?

Also onsite there is fuel and sanitation facilities, toilets and showers, electrical hook up and a slipway/crane. Nearby there is a supermarket, filling station, sports centre, post office and various restaurants.

From the Kessock bridge round-about on the A9 take exit towards the town centre. Remain on the dual carriageway, straight ahead at the Longman round-about. At the the Rose street round-about take the second exit off the round-about onto the dual carriageway. At the Friars street round-about take the second exit onto the Friars bridge over the River Ness. At the Telford round-about take the last exit onto Telford street. After 3 sets of lights select the middle lane and take the second exit off the round-about towards the Muirtown canal bridge. Once off the bridge turn immediately left by Muirtown lock flight. Keep left after the black shed along the canal towpath.
