Nottingham Castle Marina is situated in the City of Nottingham in the north east of England.

Located on the Nottingham / Beeston canal, you have access to the whole waterways network. Boaters can also access the tidal Trent taking you out towards Newark and Boston. The opportunities for exploration are endless, and will cater for every boaters requirements.

Nottingham Castle Marina is placed within a new Retail development within the city centre of Nottingham. Offering you a variety of restaurants and large retail stores, within 500 yards, or the ability to walk into the city centre and have all the amenities that a large city could offer you.

Facilities

The marina incorporates 250 berths with fixed pontoons. All pontoons have either metered or token electricity supply, water supply points, and some pontoons have television sockets supplying terrestrial television. They are well lit at night for security reasons and safe passage. The marina is located on the Canal therefore all the pontoons are fixed and not floating, so that you have that extra stability when accessing your boat.

Further facilities available to boat owners include a washing block. This building includes male and female showers rooms, launderette containing three washing machines and two dryers. Male and female toilets are adjoining with a special elsan disposal point for emptying portable toilet cassettes. The showers and laundrette operate on tokens, which are available from the chandlery. Full refuge disposal is provided as well as waste oil tanks for those that do there own engine repairs.

We at the marina take security very seriously and we operate a number of security cameras around the site as well as secure parking and security gates.

Nottingham Castle Marina is in the centre of the City of Nottingham in the North East of England and can be easily reached by road via the M6/M18 or the A1, as well as by train from all regions of the country.

The marina is situated just 10 minutes walk from Nottinghams main station or 5 minutes by taxi.
