Maritime House Marina offers secure quayside berthing for yachts of 10 - 70m

Situated 1.5 miles from Brighton, Maritime House Marina is run by Maritime House Business Centre.

This modern office building is home to over 30 businesses and is a vibrant, fast moving business center located near the heart of the City of Brighton and Hove, yet encompassing the additional pleasures of the peace and tranquility of a waterside setting.

There are views over the Brighton waterfront as far as Brighton pier. A daily sight is one of the large ships & small yachts entering and leaving the busy port of Shoreham.

Facilities

Maritime House Marina offers secure quayside berthing for yachts between 10 and 70 metres. The quayside offers 24 hour non tidal access via a sea lock.

Site facilities include toilets and showers, water, electricity and car parking. As well as 24 hour security, CCTV and perimeter fencing.

There is also workshop and storage space available for hire.

Situated on Basin Road North - opposite the famous "Hove Seaside Villas"

The Berths are immediately outside Maritime House Business Center; Travel along the main seafront of Brighton and Hove (Kingsway) to the point where the road leaves the sea and at the Hove Lagoon traffic light, bear left and then continue straight ahead at the mini roundabout. Maritime House is around 100 yds on your left.

Other Details

Notes on access to the port - Shoreham Port Authority recently reconstructed the Prince George Lock exclusively for the use of small craft. This now enables vessels to enter and leave much more easily and faster. Manned 24 hours, this allows access at most states of the tide for small draft vessels.

The use of the lock and access and use of the canal is covered within the Shoreham port dues - payable direct to Shoreham Port.
